1. Delivery Areas & Charges
Our delivery rates are based on your shipping address location:
- Inside Dhaka City: ৳70 (Standard delivery inside Dhaka metropolitan zone).
- Dhaka Outskirts: ৳100 (Applicable to areas including Savar, Ashulia, Keraniganj, Hemayetpur, Dohar, Nawabganj, Dhamrai).
- Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): ৳120 (All other districts in Bangladesh).
2. Delivery Timelines
Once your order is confirmed, we dispatch it immediately through our trusted premium courier partners:
- Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 business days.
* Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during promotional campaigns, public holidays, or extreme weather events.
3. Order Tracking
You can view the current status of your shipment anytime by visiting the orders dashboard in your user account page. A representative from our courier partner will also contact you prior to delivery.
