1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange or return, please ensure:

• The product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags, labels, and designer packaging remain intact and attached.
• You have the original delivery invoice or order confirmation details.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

1. Contact our Customer Care team via the Support Form or Hotline.
2. Provide your Order ID (e.g. NBT-xxxx) and specify the size or item you wish to exchange it with.
3. Our courier partner will deliver the replacement item and collect the original package from your doorstep.

4. Refund Policy

In the event that a replacement size or design is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your preferred mobile banking wallet (bKash/Nagad) or bank account within 3 to 5 business days after retrieving the item.
